Former Mexican governor charged in case of 43 students who vanished in 2014
Ángel Aguirre, former governor of Guerrero state, has been formally charged over the 2014 disappearance of 43 Ayotzinapa teacher-training students — accused of forced disappearance and of ordering surveillance tapes destroyed that might have revealed their fate.
